If you have old injuries or chronic aches and pains, I am an expert in anatomy, function and tissue recovery. It takes a special touch to work through the body's many layers, where scar tissue and trigger points can linger, and this type of work is where I shine.

Traumatized tissues

By gently increasing circulation and drainage in an affected or injured area, I can help relieve the symptoms of swelling, neuropathy and muscle ticks/spasms.

Referred pain

Sometimes the source of a pain is not in the area that hurts -- this is called "referred pain." I am skilled at tracking down the source of recurring/lingering pains and trigger points.
