I got a great massage that addressed issues I have. It was not a cheap "feel good" massage, but a high-quality one that actually helped me feel good. April can quickly feel out what your body needs and effectively address it. I felt good after my massage. I appreciate her holistic mindset and approach. Warning! Be prepared to hear about topical magnesium;)

April's approach and the pressure she uses have consistently been a good match for me, no matter what is bothering me most that day. That said, I periodically mix in appointments with the other therapists, too. Each has unique skills and all focus on what the body is needing versus simply going through a generic routine.
