Lenore has magical hands. Every time I go in, she asks what’s going on with my body and really listens. Then she somehow finds every spot that needs attention and works it out. I always leave feeling different—in the best way. Straighter, lighter, and moving so much more easily. It’s one of those things you don’t realize you needed until you walk out and feel like a new person.
