Hello! My name is Leah Vela and I have been a massage therapist for almost a year. I graduated from Fremont University in Cerritos, CA. I best combine Swedish, deep tissue and trigger point therapy also integrating Western and Eastern approaches to massage and health along with yoga, meditation, and spirituality. I have developed my own unique techniques that are intuitive and scientific, nurturing and empowering. I believe massage therapy is a great holistic approach to heal the body, mind, and spirit.
