Laura Martin-Eagle has been practicing and teaching Ayurveda for over 12 years. She is the Director of Wise Earth School of Ayurveda personally trained by Maya Tiwari and has been teaching both layperson and practitioner training classes on food, breath and sound (annavidya, pranavidya and mantravidya) as well as Women’s Health, Meditation, and other Wise Earth programs since 2004. Laura is a C.A.S. (Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist) and PKS (Pancha Karma Specialist) graduate from the California College of Ayurveda and has earned her Masters of Science degree in Ayurvedic Studies from Hindu University of America in 2015. She has regularly attended International Ayurveda Conferences held yearly in Rishikesh, India. She is a Registered Ayurvedic Practitioner with the Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America (AAPNA) and a member of National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA). She is the director of Moon Jewel Ayurveda Center and Be Moved Studio in Lawrence, Kansas. Laura has also been teaching 5Rhythms conscious dance in Lawrence for the last 17 years and just completed her 200 hour Yoga and Shamanism Teacher Training. In any spare time she finds, Laura loves travel and photography and gardening.
