My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. I arrived at 9:55 a.m. and found the doors closed and lights off. I called the business number, and Ms. Garret answered with “Yes?”, like what kind of professional greeting is that. She informed me she was running late, which was frustrating as I had work later in the day, the purpose of booking a scheduled appointment. She arrived about 12 minutes later without apologizing, stating she had to go back and get her sheets. I mentioned I had work afterward, and she repeatedly asked what time I had work, which felt unnecessary and personal. I stated twice that I wanted to proceed with the service as scheduled. Despite this, she suggested rescheduling, saying she “couldn’t work with this bad energy,” which was upsetting given that the delay and lack of apology were on her end. Because my Groupon was expiring that day, we proceeded with the service. The service itself was okay. She talked throughout, which isn’t my preference, but she did provide helpful observations about my hip and suggested exercises for pain management. At the end, she said “sorry for the confusion,” though there was no confusion. I arrived on time for my appointment.
