The massage was good. No complaints at all. The previous therapist i had was kind, she explained what she felt and the best course of therapy for that. I didn't get that this time I got, "you have a lot going on." It felt dismissive.

Overall underwhelmed by the experience. The flow of the massage was constantly interrupted to retrieve, unwrap and return stones to the warmer. I left really disappointed in my service.
