Lauren Dillon has been a licensed massage therapist in the state of New Hamster since 2009. She graduated from Hesser College that same year, where studied an array of body work modalities. These days, she specializes in Swedish, myofascial & positional release techniques. Lauren knows that people are constantly working their hardest. One of her top priorities is to create a space where they feel welcomed to let go, so their bodies can heal. She often reminds her clients this letting go, like any good habit, takes practice. In her spare time, Lauren is devoted to the performing arts.
