She recently became a certified myotherapist to add to her specialty bodywork training of deep tissue and sports massage therapy. She enjoys working with individuals from all backgrounds to provide healing. Her appreciation and knowledge of  human anatomy and physiology in addition to helping others is what inspired her to pursue massage therapy!

La Toshia is AMAZING! I've been sick for many years and recently learned about fascia and the lymph system and how important it is for healing. I have a lot of pain and suspected it was because of tight fascia and I was right. La Toshia explained to me what was happening in my body and how tight fascia was keeping lymph from flowing. It was really helpful to hear and understand what is happening in my body. She is very caring, non judgemental, and knowledgable. She provided a very private and relaxing environment. I would highly recommend La Toshia if you have pain and tight fascia, or if you just want a regular massage.

Communication and understanding of what was being accomplished was wonderful. First time for cupping and deep tissue and it will not be my last. La Toshia has a passion for what she is doing and that exudes from her voice and her hands. She has a commitment to making you leave feeling like you are ready to take on the world with a new perspective all while making your body ready to be ready.

Hands down, the best massage I have ever had. La Toshia is a wealth of knowledge and took the time to educate and inform me of the 'why' behind everything she did. I am a hairstylist who has stood for the last 20 years (which takes a toll on your body). I also work out regularly and had so many areas that needed work that I was unaware of. Two days later, I was able to stretch deeper and without discomfort. I will be seeing her regularly and am more than happy to invest in her and my overall wellbeing. She's so worth it!

She is a true therapeutic massage therapist and is tune with what your body needs. Although she offers a more gentle, relaxed massage if requested, she truly is gifted in working on healing what ails you.

La Toshia is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. I walked in with severe pain in my neck, legs, shoulders and lower back. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. She customized the massage to fit my needs and tolerant level. She showed me at home stretches for in between massage appointments. She is a ROCKSTAR !!!

She carefully used massage to help reduce swelling and pain in my foot. It has been three months since my foot surgery and my doctor gave the okay to have massage. My pain and swelling was better after my appointment with Tosha.

La Toshia talked with me prior to the treatment and learned what help I needed. Her approach is gentle at first, then she digs in (in a good way). She explained what to expect throughout the treatment and monitored how I was responding. She went over the allotted time because she didn’t want to miss anything. Best massage I’ve ever had and I will return.
