I entered into the massage field with a desire to help my family. I wanted the tools to assist my mother with chronic back, and neck pain, due to military injury. Through my school, and my first few years in my practice, i came to understand that i really enjoy helping people. Releasing a locked shoulder, Improving hip mobility, easing chronic low back pain, helping people realize that the every day aches and pains we grow to believe are normal are anything but. We learn to live with pain for work, for family, for friends, and we forget that long ago we had a life before pain and fatigue. Its my desire to assist you on the road to returning to that point.

I specialize in structural body work. Myofascial release, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy. The goal is meaningful work, for longer lasting results. Relaxation work, lymphatic drainage, sports work, and other modalities are also available.
