Kristy is very personable to start with. She knows what she's doing and her knowledge showed in that a lot of my long time issue were firstly, listened to and then, addressed in the session. I'll be going back. They call it therapy for a reason and the experience was therapeutic.

The stretching techniques and pressure at certain areas provided much relief. I always get very sleepy after the massage.

She put me at ease. I had never had a Thai massage. She seemed to know my body's limits without me having say a word. I left there feeling that good sore that comes with a amazing massage. But more than that. I had more range of motion in my shoulder. I feel like I can put off the cortisone shot. I'm hopeful with more Thai massages I might not need them in the future. Weirdly enough I felt taller when I stood up.

She is doing Table Thai massage on me now. I love it, because due to health issues deep tissue is not a good choice for me right now and the Table Thai works out all the kinks and stiffness. Give it a try.
