When you are with me this is Your Time to recharge and experience healing, nourishment, and potential for transformation (including and beyond the physical body).
Our body is our foundation from which all things flow, and it is essential that we create time and space to honor it.
I tailor each session to your unique needs, be that a peaceful space to just relax and relieve tension in the body or a journey through the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. They are all interconnected and must be in alignment with one another for us to live our best lives.
I can facilitate deepened awareness on all levels, and as one of my core philosophies states “Awareness is Liberation”. Many of the enduring physical afflictions we find ourselves with is, at its root, a gap in awareness.
I offer a variety of services such as Massage Therapy (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Thai, Hot Stone, Salt Stone, and Reflexology), Energy Work (Reiki & Intuitively Guided Attunement), Sound Healing, Pandora Light Therapy, Crystal Healing, and Life Coaching.
One of my foundational principals is that I honor you as the authority on your experience and of your life. Your soul has all of the answers that you need. My job is simply to carve a pathway to it, and to hold space for your own intuitive knowing to arise. It is your own Soul that Heals You.
My speciality is facilitating healing and alignment, clearing density, and supporting Liberation from Illusion.

Studied under Japanese Guru Luna Klein, a 7th degree lineage of Dr. Usui, founder of Reiki. Earned Reiki Master Certification, part 3 of a year long process of mastery.
