This was my first time getting this particular massage to address sciatica and other nerve pain. I felt an immediate difference in my range of movement and pain level. Both improved as the massage progressed and the next day. Sherlina was professional and knowledgeable about my health issues. She used pictures, showed me the machine and visually demonstrated what she was able to do. She checked in with me throughout the process and adjusted based on my input and over goal of massage. What she explained and did was in line with what doctors and physical therapist explained to me. The aftercare information continued to help improve overall functioning. She was recommended to me. I am happy that I followed up with the recommendation. You should call to see if she is the right fit for you.
