Born in Brazil, my passion in life is to help human beings to resolve pain from injuries and/or chronic.
My path started with my own injuries from the 8 years of competition in Olympic Gymnastics, hours spent on physical therapy on self and as an assistant, I was graciously introduced to Yoga and breath work, ballet, swimming, dance.
Kickboxing and my own class of self defense precede the love of big wave riding, which brought me to Hawaii, here I learned Back Walking, Hoʻoponopono and Lomilomi...

Got Certified in Personal Training, Yiengar Yoga and Massage Therapy.
Opened the first School of Stand Up Paddling on Maui-Hawaii.
I now divide my time working as an Instructor/owner of supschool.com and on my private Studio of Healing Therapies.
I also work with Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy and Joint Capsule Release, Postural Analysis.
