Katie is an awesome massage therapist!! She listens intently to me as a client as we are chatting but even more importantly to me is that she listens to me while doing the massage and if it doesn't feel good, she knows exactly how to back off and help in other ways. What a true professional that is in the exact line of work to help others with their pain(s). I am super grateful we crossed paths and we are now connected in such a positive way.

I've seen solo therapists and those with larger spas - across the country and locally - and my visits with Katie have hands-down been the best experience I've ever had.

An experience with Katie Brown at Retreat Massage and Wellness is something I greatly look forward to. I recently enjoyed the Dry Brush and Rejuvenate (90min). Katie and her space are very welcoming. She asks important questions about how you're feeling and anything that she should know about your specific wants/needs before the appointment starts. I always feel very comfortable with Katie and I know she listens to me and is knowledgeable. I need to book with her WAY MORE OFTEN! Bonus: I got to keep the Dry Brush!

Very relaxing, felt amazing!!! Liked that Katie was able to touch quite a few areas in 15 minutes, with just the right pressure.

After a very full season of work, walking into the calming space Retreat offers was such a balm, I could instantly get in the posture, ready to receive rest and relaxation through massage. Katie is such a great listener and so responsive to align her modality and focus to what most be needed. Best in GR!
