She was 15 minutes late. The room was frigidly cold. Specified in questionnaire I had right hip, back and leg pain. For over 30 minutes, having me face up, she worked on 4” on either side of my neck (which was not an issue) and 2.5 days later, this area still feels bruised. Finally questioned when she was going to work on my back and right hip. She said since I requested a 90 minute massage, that would be too long to work on my back and hip. Finally started working on my hip through the sheet for what felt like a fairly short time, then moved to my back followed by the bottom of my feet then declared my time was up. At no point did she do anything on my legs that the hip pain traveled down my leg or massage my arms. Unlike other massages I have had where they stretched and moved the muscles, all she did was apply pressure. Other massages have always given some attention to the arms and legs in even a 60 minute massage nor did she meet my written objectives.
