She believes in facilitating individualized self-healing through rejuvenating energy work, relaxing body work, and restorative wellness.  As a mother and veteran athlete,  she’s experienced in working with athletes, pregnant women, and seniors.

Joda listened to my issues and addressed everyone of them and more. I was thinking that I needed a lymphatic massage but didn't say anything; some how she knew that's what I needed and did it.
