I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Jim because I had a muscle spasm in my back impacting my ability to walk. Jim was very communicative and targeted the areas of my back and hips that were most affected. The session provided so much relief that I was able to walk with significantly less pain immediately afterward, and had even less pain the following day. The space is not particularly spa-like, but if you prioritize competent care over the bells and whistles, 1 Touch Relaxed is an excellent choice. I will be returning!

I had an amazing experience at 1 Touch Relaxed. I came in with extreme neck pain and Jim was very professional and attentive in understanding my concerns before starting the session. The massage was both therapeutic and relaxing and I felt better immediately afterward. By the next day, my neck pain had improved by about 90%. My first appointment with Jim was for a 75-minute deep tissue massage to address long-standing neck and shoulder tension. Jim was punctual, professional, and kind. He was attentive to my concerns, and during the work he was really skillful. He also checked in about temperature and pressure multiple times during the session. Afterwards, he made some suggestions on where I should focus building strength in my body, and we constructed a plan to continue to address my tension issues over time. Writing this review the day after my appointment, I'm happy to say that not only is my neck and shoulder pain *immensely* better, but my whole body is more balanced. My hips are looser, I'm distributing my weight on my feet more evenly, and it's way easier to hold good posture today. It has me hopeful that working with Jim over the next few months will really improve my body. Thank you, Jim!
