From April 2017 through September 2018, I transitioned from an IT/healthcare support career into massage.
Having spent a significant amount of time in front of a computer, I am personally well aware of the impact that posture and type of work can have on the body. That gives me first-hand knowledge and experience in addressing those problems, and helping your body heal itself.
I am also an avid cyclist, and know how tight hips can impact performance.
