I truly believe we are experts on our own bodies and that our bodies have an intrinsic ability to heal.

When I am not at Sanctuary on Second you can find me at a farmers market, camping, hanging with my cats or at a live show.

Jane is amazing . This is my 2nd massage with her & I’ve booked my 3rd. My wife also sees her. Jane is warm , professional and intuitive. She truly adjusts her work to each person , and each visit depending on your needs. Although she always checks in verbally, even if it is not said in words , she seems to know the pressure and focus my body needs. So great full to have found her .
