To build my skills, I have become a License Massage Therapist, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and have worked with physical rehabilitation teams in doctors offices. These simple approaches contribute to powerful results, and I have helped many to resolve postural issues and chronic back pain, improve mobility, and build strong, healthy, resilient bodies.
I am a big animal lover, so my spare time is spent hanging out with my partner, Olivia, our two cats, and our dog. I also love training brazilian jiu jitsu, and I teach group boxing classes.
