First time client, I found this massage therapist through my partners’ family. Like the rest of humanity I’m carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders, but I haven’t been taking very good care of myself. I’m an extremely active hiker and work a lot of jobs that involve strenuous physical labor, stranded on top of a mountain of stress in my life. This experience was like medicine, he explained everything that he was doing to help my body recover from all of the tension. By the way… drink a lot of water!!!!!! Talking to him and asking questions is highly encouraged if you’re interested in learning cool things. Considering the fact that our physical and mental health is linked, this is therapy in many ways. After dealing with annoying wrist pain for a month and taking care of others my whole life, it was a huge relief to actually be told, about a million times, things like “I’ll take care of that” and “you don’t need to worry”. He has a comforting presence, valuable insight, great sense of humor and happily gives you any tools you might need to grow.
