I am a Licensed Massage Therapist #015251, Reiki Master Teacher, and Registered Yoga Teacher 200 and the owner and operator of Seton Wellness.  After stepping away from massage for a time and spending the bulk of my career serving victims and survivors of violent crime, I have fully transitioned back to providing holistic healing services for mind, body, and spirit from a trauma-informed perspective.

My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and provide you with exactly what you need on any given day.  My hope is that one session will turn into a partnership in your wellbeing. The time we spend together is an honor and privilege and I thank you for entrusting me with your care. 

Instead of add-ons, up-charges, and a menu of all the modalities of training I have to offer, simply choose the amount of time you would like to be on the table and whether you want massage, energy work, or a combination (energetic massage).  We'll figure the rest out together when you get here.  Before every session, we will start with a conversation and determine the needs and goals of the session.  I will utilize the modalities that will best meet those needs, whether traditional Swedish techniques, deep tissue, myofacial, lymphatic, etc.  Every massage includes hot stones, hot towels, cups, and aromatherapy depending on your needs that day, and for no additional charge.

Heather is amazing, she can feel what she needs to work on. Her instincts are spot on. When she is done you will feel like a milllion bucks. I highly recommend her for relaxation, pain or whatever ails you. You deserve what she has to offer.

I had one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had at Seton Wellness with Heather Seton, and that’s saying a lot. The space alone sets the tone. Heather has created this beautiful, cozy cottage environment that instantly puts you at ease. It doesn’t feel clinical or rushed. It feels intentional, peaceful, and almost like stepping into your own private reset button. And then there’s Heather. She is hands down the best I’ve been to. Not just skilled, but intuitive in a way that you can’t teach. She knows exactly where to focus, how much pressure to use, and how to work through tension without you having to say much at all. It’s like she reads your body better than you do. This wasn’t just a massage. It was an experience. I walked out feeling lighter, aligned, and completely reset. If you’re even thinking about booking, do it. You won’t regret it.

As a nurse, mother, and wife, I realized how often I put myself last and made a commitment to self-care through massage. Heather is simply the best. Every session is a truly holistic experience; you feel seen, cared for, and completely restored. I just visited her new location in Gettysburg and it is absolutely divine. For my Gettysburg Hospital friends, her studio is an easy walk from the hospital. And for everyone else, Tommy’s Pizza is right nearby, which made for the perfect stop on the way home. Highly recommend Heather if you’re ready to feel cared for in every sense of the word.
