Hello there! My name is Heather and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Practitioner, and Wise Woman Herbalist. I have been practicing massage therapy for about 17 years...counting from the day I first laid hands on another student. After attending the Flint School of Therapeutic Massage for their basic course, I decided to return for their Medical Massage program, earning myself over 1100 hours of massage training. I have added education in massage in hot stone, facelift massage, massage for the hospitalized and medically frail, hospice patients and cupping for massage therapists. Continued education also included an Associates in Applied Science, and Master Herbalist Certification.
Throughout the years I have worked in a variety of settings. From gyms to large health clubs, acupuncture clinics, chiropractic offices, and hospice companies to being on my own. You can now find me within the AHA! institute in Okemos at 4111 Okemos Road, Suite 102.
Massage is one of my passions and I hope everyone who is on my table finds a moment of deep peace and some healing.
