As I was approaching my options for college I was enveloped with the idea of pursuing the best education I could find as a massage therapist. So, I moved 300 miles away from my family and friends and began my education. Many things changed for me as a young adventurer of the east coast, but my thirst for knowledge of human anatomy and my amazement at the body's vulnerability and resilience grew roots deep in my heart. I soon began to piece together that I had found some of my purpose and built a foundation on assisting others with wellness practices.
I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003 in the state of NY and I currently hold a PA state license. My continuing focus of study has included Thai massage and LomiLomi massage techniques.
I teach as a Registered Yoga Trainer, and as an adjunct instructor for the massage therapy and personal trainer program at a local technical school and hold a certification as a CPR, First Aid and AED Instructor.
My personal hobbies have greatly influenced my career and hands on technique, I have studied the Chinese martial art, Pai Lum Kung Fu since 2010.
