My interest is in people. The reason why we create, destroy, love, hate, or do just about anything usually has a starting point in our relating with other people. I believe in the truth and I belief that humans are an adaptive animal. We adapt to the pressures placed upon us and those we place on ourselves. The aim of Apex Bodywork is to place appropriate pressure on the body so that our clients can live the best life possible and be true to themselves in the process.

Educated students on the importance of the breathe and promoted several students to join a competitive travel team for rock climbing.
