This was my first lymphatic massage. Arlene was very thorough in explaining the differences between lymphatic a mind Swedish massage. She told me what I can do at home to help the good feeling last longer. I love that she has weekend openings. I will definitely be back for another massage from Arlene.

Was aware of what needed to be worked on and if there was potential sore spots that need more attention. The Swedish massage was great fell asleep a couple times.
