I have been a Philadelphia based Licensed Massage Therapist for the last six years. I was exposed to bodywork at a young age and always held a special appreciation for its benefits. With my skills I enjoy helping clients along on their healing journeys. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, many of whom have sustained mental and physical trauma. A highlight of my work is showing people how bodywork can help both.

I have been trained in Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, Cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Thai Massage, Reiki, Prenatal and have had informal instruction in structural integration. I am currently training to become a yoga teacher to further my bodywork practices. 

In my spare time I hike, whitewater kayak, enjoy going to live music and spend time with my dog Rufio.

Grace is a miracle worker! Not only is their office such a vibe, but they made me feel comfortable immediately upon entering. After my hour massage, I felt relaxed and ready for a nap. Highly recommend to those with chronic pain!

I have been suffering from frozen shoulder for 8 months. Grace was the first person to really loosen things up. She found muscles/ligaments I didn't know I had! She also does cupping which I've never had but look forward to continuing with. Her space is lovely, very relaxing. I highly recommend her.

Grace is a very special massage therapist. I have been getting massages with them monthly for about a year and drive a fair distance to see them because no one else comes close. Grace is very skilled and has impressive experience and knowledge. They have helped me with chronic pain in my lower back, neck, and even dramatically improved TMJ-related pain. Beyond their skill, Grace is also professional, courteous, and easy to talk to - I always feel at ease and comfortable throughout the appointment. Highly highly recommended!
