One doctor gave her a referral for a medical massage and her life hasn't been the same since. Right after getting off the table from that first massage, she felt pain relief immediately in her lower back, completely changing the outlook on her healing process. Realizing the incredible healing powers of massage, she decided to become a massage therapist herself to help service members and first responders live a more pain free lifestyle.

I really loved how before the first session she had me fill out an intake form that asked all the questions about how I like things (like do you like talking during your massage). Took all the awkwardness out of it. She does a great job and easily adjusts when my fickle self changes her mind. Highly recommend.
