In my experience I have found massage to be one of the most effective therapies for providing balance, health and well being to the client. I do not believe in the phrase "no pain, no gain". My focus is to coax your muscles into relaxation. Relaxed muscles are happy muscles that are ready to heal and restore balance.

I believe communication is the key to a successful massage session. I take time to thoroughly assess what your needs and desires are for the massage outcome. I encourage feed back during the session to assure that the pressure and techniques of the massage are appropriate and that you remain comfortable through the entire process.

My passion is my profession in helping people relax and restore health. I have been practicing and teaching holistic therapies since 1997 starting with the natural healing technique of Reiki. My experiences with Reiki were so profound and fulfilling, I chose to make a full time profession of helping others by becoming certified to practice massage therapy in 2001.

Healing is about restoring balance to the mind, body, and spirit. That is the foundation of holistic, complimentary therapies and the approach I take in my craft. I feel the most important quality a therapist can have is the ability to really listen and empathize with clients to understand what they are experiencing and what they need from their therapeutic session. I strive to understand what my client's needs and desires are at the beginning of each session and tailor the techniques I use to achieve my client's goals that can include: relaxation, pain relief, maximizing wellness and/or enhancing physical performance.

Gerry did an amazing job and was very professional. He listened to my concerns as I have two herniated discs in my back and a torn rotator cuff from a motorcycle accident. He took these into consideration and customized the massage. I left without pain and feeling very relaxed. Definitely recommend
