My name is Stephanie and I am a certified level ll Reiki Practitioner. Reiki is commonly referred to as "the laying on of hands".  While it does not actually require touching, Reiki will channel the life force of this beautiful universe, into your "ki" or "chi", directly to where healing is most needed. The healing from a Reiki session can be both physical and often times emotional.  The power of Reiki  changed my life over a year ago, when I began the journey for self healing purposes.  I choose to continued my certifications because I feel a profound desire to share this healing gift.
