Lisa has been practicing massage therapy for over 25 years. She has had an interest in health and wellness her whole life. She obtained an associate degree in science and nutrition after high school. After working in an outpatient nutrition department at a big hospital she quickly realized that more time was needed with each person to obtain their overall health and wellness goal. She then went back to massage therapy school and then became a certified pilates reformer teacher and has her 200 hour yoga certification. Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology helps clients understand their body and what it feels like to feel stronger. She has additional certifications in sports massage, deep tissue, lymphatic, craniosacral, cupping, k-taping, prenatal, headaches and trauma.
