With over a decade of experience as a Reflexologist since 2010, combined with a background as a chiropractic assistant, I bring a holistic approach to healing and wellness. My journey in the field of holistic health began in 2004 when I graduated from cosmetology school, followed by further studies in medical esthetics in 2015.

My passion for empowering others to embrace holistic well-being led me to teach Reflexology to massage therapists, professional estheticians, as well as esthetics students and families, promoting self-care practices that nurture the body and mind.

Dedicated to expanding my knowledge and skill set, I am in my last year of a four-year apprenticeship learning curanderismo practices, where I immersed myself in the wisdom of traditional healing methods. Through my work with tobacco smoke medicine, plant sweeping, pláticas, and limpias, I integrate indigenous healing traditions into my practice, honoring the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

As a Level 2 Reiki practitioner, I offer hands-on healing sessions that facilitate deep relaxation and energetic balance. Additionally, I specialize in chakra balancing, utilizing sound bowl medicine to harmonize the body's energy centers.

Beyond my healing modalities, I provide coaching for personal and professional growth, guiding individuals on their journey towards holistic wellness and self-discovery. Whether through reflexology, energy work, or coaching, my mission is to support individuals in achieving balance and vitality in all aspects of their lives.
