Cold stones for headaches or hot stones for muscle tension are also a wonderful addition to your massage. Want to feel extra pampered? Add a sugar scrub to your hands and feet in addition to the rest of your massage.
Massage is not something you should feel is a treat or a luxury, it should be something you know your body deserves. Massage should be part of your regular routine. Not only for the benefit of your muscles, but for your mind as well. Take some time for yourself and simply relax. Let me take that headache away, help lower your blood pressure, increase your circulation, increase your range of motion in your neck or your hips. You put your body through so much in your regular day to day, give it a break and call me to schedule a massage.
