Too much myofacial work during the massage, although the work was good. I was looking for something a bit more “traditional” I wasn’t asked if I wanted myofacial work. I did say that’s enough at one point.

I loved how knowledgeable Michaela was about anatomy. She explained myofacial release and even demonstrated. My shoulder and neck feel great today, and this is the first massage I’ve had where I don’t have flu-like symptoms today. I wish she would have asked me more questions about my body. There was a lot of talking. Some talking is fine, but I feel that it is a bit of a distraction for the therapist. I want all her effort to go into my massage, and what my body might need

Michaela was amazing! She did deep tissue work on my hips after a long plane flight. Today I feel amazing. She spent extra time to make sure all problem areas were addressed.
