I had to ask many times for lighter pressure and she never listened. I specifically asked for the relaxation massage option versus the concentrated therapy or any other option. I have an inflammatory disorder and so anything more than light pressure is very uncomfortable for me. The therapist was very sweet but I left in a lot of pain, completely not relaxed, and money felt wasted. She ended with a scalp massage that literally felt like she was squeezing my head with all of her strength. I don't require featherlight pressure, just light pressure, but she gave strong pressure and worked knots when I just wanted to just relax after a stressful 3 week work trip :"( Never returning...
