Emily Rocco LMT is a highly skilled and licensed massage therapist with a strong academic background and a passion for helping people. Emily is drawn to the kinesiology and physiology of the body, and she has a deep understanding of how the body works and how to assist it in healing itself. In addition to her degree, she has also obtained extra certifications in prenatal massage, muscle fiber methodology, and passive stretching as well as others.

Emily has been a Reiki practitioner since 2009 and has a very calm and gentle energy. However, don't let that fool you - she is also highly skilled in deep tissue work. Her clients appreciate her ability to provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience while still achieving effective results.

Emily was able to hone in on my troubled areas (both known and unknown to myself) and address them with care. She also educated me on what could contribute to the issues and ways I might be able to help with them at home. This was my second session with her and my forth over all with hands with hearts, and I will be returning without a doubt.

I was blown away with how skilled Emily is. She worked my neck perfectly and you could tell she is really passionate about what she does to help people. I felt like I could melt into the space i was so comfortable. I asked for targeted neck work. I went in with hardly any mobility in my neck and left with full mobility! I didn't want it to end! It was a 60 minute and she worked her magic!! I highly recommend!! Take my word it's worth every second and every cent!!! I can't wait to go back!
