Emily Rocco LMT is a highly skilled and licensed massage therapist with a strong academic background and a passion for helping people. She holds a degree in massage therapy from the American Institute, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA and received the Presidential Honor Award. Her dedication and drive have also earned her a sought-after MAP award within the school.

Emily is drawn to the kinesiology and physiology of the body, and she has a deep understanding of how the body works and how to assist it in healing itself. In addition to her degree, she has also obtained extra certifications in prenatal massage, muscle fiber methodology, and passive stretching as well as others.

Emily has been a Reiki practitioner since 2009 and has a very calm and gentle energy. However, don't let that fool you - she is also highly skilled in deep tissue work. Her clients appreciate her ability to provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience while still achieving effective results.

This was the best massage I have ever had in my life! Emily is fantastic and was so flexible when we discovered that some of the preferences I thought I had were not actually what my real needs were. She incorporated some Thai Tabletop techniques that made me feel 10x lighter. I WILL be back again asap.

She makes a 90 minute massage feel like a 2 hour massage and finds the areas of tension even when not mentioned. I was shocked to find out she's only been doing this for 3 years!? I've been a UPS driver for 14 years and have gotten massages all over the state and no one comes close to the job Emily does. Huge respect to people like Emily that learn how to do their job well and continue to learn more and improve! She even gave me a little birthday bag to go as I mentioned it was my birthday that day. I will definitely be back more often as my job puts my body through hell, thanks again!

Emily always what areas are of concern and builds the session around those areas. Somehow she knows by touch where the problem areas are located. I’m so glad I found EG Hands with Heart and getting a monthly massage is part of my wellness program.
