Everybody Deserves a Great Massage
I have been practicing massage since 2010 after
graduating from the Baltimore School of Massage. I see a range of
clientele including athletes, desk workers, first responders, educators,
and those enjoying retirement. Over the years, I have participated in a
number of activities including endurance sports, triathlon and mixed

martial arts. From these activities and being a full time massage
therapist, I have experienced injuries, both acute and chronic, giving
me the ability to relate to my clients. The modalities that I have
experience and training in are Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage,
trigger point, myofascial, prenatal, fertility, reflexology, and Reiki.
Based on the needs of a client, I will incorporate different modalities
to create the best massage to meet your individual needs!

Great sports massage. I had surgery on my shoulder not too long ago, and was finally cleared by my doctor to get a massage. Jen did a great job of relieving the tension in my neck and upper back, while being careful to work around the are that had surgery.

Jennifer knows what she is doing! The whole massage was excellent, but in particular, I am rehabilitating my shoulder and she knew exactly where and how much pressure to apply. My shoulder and whole arm had such a release and increased range of motion without pain after my massage. I will definitely be back!

She is just as friendly and sweet is she is good at her job. You can tell she honestly care about your wellbeing and works hard to give you a terrific massage and wonderful overall experience. Already booked my next appointment.
