I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and after just one session, I felt a huge difference. The pressure was firm (exactly what I wanted), but Jen was careful to make sure it wasn’t too much. I left feeling both relaxed and energized—like a reset button had been hit. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real relief and not just a light spa-style massage.
