Elena was born in Moscow, Russia. As a young woman (age 10), she entered the National School of Circus and Performing Arts, where her training focused on human anatomy, physiology and kinesiology. In the ensuing 15 years, Elena became a world class professional Circus Performer, having earned a silver medal in international competition. It was during this period that Elena developed her passion for physical health, injury prevention and well-being. Her education background includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the National School of Circus Arts and Master of Arts Degree from the Russian Academy of Art and Theater as well as certificate from the National Academy of Sport Medicine and the National Personal Training Institute in Seattle. Following a brief period in Seattle, Elena moved to Las Vegas where she completed the European Massage Therapy School. Elena is certified to perform Medical Massage as well as Infant Massage and has continued her education with courses in Therapeutic Thai Yoga Bodywork. Elena performs others massage modalities and has developed Deep Tissue massage techniques incorporating her own personal massage movement. In additional she is Certified in Sport Medicine Suspension Training and is both a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist and Senior Fitness Specialist. Elena is also a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist trained in FMS-Functional Movement Screen.

This was my first massage and it was amazing! I almost nodded to sleep a few times. Elena was very kind, patient, and professional. She applied just the right amount of pressure and went at a good speed. I also liked how she would ask for my input. For instance, she would ask if I felt any pain during certain stretches and if I was comfortable. Her massage room was well-maintained and very calming. At the end of our session, she informed me that she noticed how certain areas in my body were very tight and provided me with tips on how to help loosen those areas. I appreciated that because though massages are nice, it's equally important for me to find ways to take care of my tightness and pain at home.
