Hot Stone Massage

Since 2013 I've been providing hot stone and cold stone techniques to clients for blissful, deep relaxation and tension relief. Cold therapy can stimulate healing and tone tissues.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

I trained and have been helping clients with lymphatic massage since 2015. I've assisted those recovering from breast cancer and cosmetic surgeries. Others who have swelling and edema from injury, surgeries and clients with auto-immunue disorders or looking to detox and improve immune function also have benefited.

Dynamic Stretch Therapist

Completed certification in 2019 for full body assisted stretching. This improves joint mobility, flexibility, pain and performance.

Spa

Energy & Sound Therapist

Received personal training in vibrational sound therapy and biofield tuning. This can recalibrate the body's chakras and energy fields to lower anxiety depression and improved sleep and stress levels in the body. It can also help with joint stiffness and pain, tinnitus & other ailments. Est. 2018
