I've been practicing massage therapy for more than 25 years. I currently practice massage in my private practice Total Body Mechanics, in Browns Summit, NC. When I look at my journey as a massage therapist, I've had a desire to help people with their health and wellness at a very young age. It was during this time while practicing massage that I noticed that when I gave a family member a massage after work, he did not have muscle soreness and was more relaxed, I knew immediatley that massage therapy was the profession for me. I received my massage license from Kneaded Energy School of Massage in Greensboro, NC. Modalities offered are Swedish massage, therapeutic massage, hot and cold stones, reflexology, prenatal and couples massage. I specialize in working with clients who experience pain in their back or neck that may be caused from injury or sitting for long periods.  I help relax their tired, overstretched muscles with massage and bring them back in balance.

This place is AMAZING! Everything was top notch from the warm welcome to the final consultation. The ambiance set the tone for the relaxing session of massage therapy. Awesome Experience! I am thankful for the warm welcome and clear directions provided by Mrs. Diana when I arrived at her location. She was very professional and had a pleasant disposition. Her hospitality and knowledge about her profession were evident, and I appreciate her passion for her work. This was my first time working with her, and I was impressed by the relaxing massage she provided, which made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Her service exceeded my expectations.
