I believe our mind and body are connected and work together to heal and restore us. Massage is a great facilitator in connecting them. I've used massage to help and heal family and friends for as long as I can remember. It fills my heart that I get to do this, make such a profound change in people, massage them, restore them, every day. I worked in retail for years, not as a career, just something I never got around to leaving, until my husband finally prodded me to get myself in massage school and follow my bliss. It's been 3 years since graduation and every step has been fantastic for me and my family. 

I like to blend all my tools in each massage to bring relief to chronic pain and peace to worried minds. I use Swedish massage techniques to bring deep relaxation. If needed, I zoom in and give deep tissue focus to problem areas. I especially love doing prenatal massages- there's something very satisfying to me in bringing comfort and peace to a body that's busy building a brand new human. I also give Reiki healing, which intuitively brings universal energy to areas of imbalance.
