Dana is a former collegiate athlete and Army Veteran who uses those experiences and knowledge of the human body to treat her clients. She was drawn to massage therapy after she sought alternative ways to heal her body from injury. As a licensed massage therapist and NASM certified personal trainer, she treats individuals who have an active lifestyle and those who are rehabbing from injury.

Dana is friendly and sets your mind at ease right away.. her massage studio is very relaxing and I felt great after my massage. Dana asks for and responds to feedback effectively throughout the massage and I felt great afterwards.. I would definitely recommend Dana to my friends.
