"Be Excellent To Each Other." - Bill S. Preston, Esquire

I grew up on Vashon Island, lived in Seattle for 12 years, moved to the East Coast with my wife and then to Minneapolis where I got my education in bodywork. We moved back to the PNW in June of 2021 and plunked down in Bremerton where we now have a quiet little home that we share with our two pups. Of course, there is a lot more - I've done a lot in my life and had a number of different professions. So far, bodywork has been the most rewarding and I'll most likely be sticking with it for life...

So far, bodywork has been the most rewarding and I'll most likely be sticking with it for life as there is so much to learn and so many people to help!

REVIEWS for my massage services

Dakota is, hands down (pun intended), the best massage therapist I have ever been to. I am a results-oriented person, and he has delivered for me big time. I've been seeing Dakota for about a year now, and I was in bad shape when we started. I was suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck, resulting in radicular arm pain, that sent me daily to the cabinet for ANSAIDs and boxes of kleenex. Almost immediately his treatments helped relieve the pain and decrease my relentless symptoms. After six months, I was symptom-free, and then I somehow reinjured myself. Now it's been another six months, and I am back to where I would say I'm much "better" than my baseline a year ago. Now I am focusing on other minor areas of concern, such as chronic leg and lower back pain. I'm so grateful for his help. Dakota is thoughtful, meticulous, knowledgeable, patient, and just the most excellent massage therapist you could hope for, in my humble opinion. I'm so grateful I crossed paths with him.
