Rebeccah was great at dialing into exactly what was bothering me and then working on that area to provide me relief. She also provide me some tips and recommendations for post-massage stretching .

Relieved ongoing pain

Though it was sometimes uncomfortable, the pressure used in certain areas (ITBs, for example) was necessary to regain full ROM and functionality of muscles and tissues in need of attention. No pain, no gain. I even learned a few techniques which I might use as well in my routines. Nice job. Keep up the great work!

Rebeccah was warm, kind, and welcoming. She listened to me talk about my areas of concern and did not disappoint! I also really appreciated our conversation throughout the massage, because she gave me some tips about stretching techniques, different massage styles, etc. This massage was so needed and it was fantastic.
