A licensed massage therapist since 2012, Alexander has successfully helped WWE stars, world-class martial artists, professional musicians, and people from all walks of life on their road to recovery. His training and background includes craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue and neuromuscular techniques, trigger point therapy, and active release massotherapy.

Alexander is a second-generation massotherapist after his mother, Donna Boswell, a former president of the Ohio State Massotherapy Association. He apprenticed with her and became a practitioner of Boswell Technique: a light-touch therapy that brings the benefits of medical massage to populations that cannot tolerate pressure, including the elderly, cancer patients, hospice patients, and people in the acute stages of injury.

As a professional musician and martial artist himself, he is personally familiar with the havoc an injury can wreak, and he holds a deep commitment to helping others return to their normal activities quickly and safely. Alexander’s signature combination of medical massotherapy and life coaching helps you overcome injury, define your goals, and achieve your full potential at work or at play.

. I have been getting massages my whole life and my biggest complaint would be that the massage is great while happening, but the pain returns pretty Quickly afterwards. The pain relief after Alexander’s massage is long lasting! Just incredible

Alexander not only did a great job with my sports massage but was an excellent conversationalist. He listened to the sciatica issues I was having and focused on the areas where I was experiencing pain. The massage went a long way in helping me on the path to recovery.

He does a great deep tissue massage that starts out slowly so it doesn't feel aggressive, but it gets all my trigger points to release partially or completely

Alex wants to know where the problem areas are before getting started so he knows what to focus on during a session. He’s gently firm - he manages to work all the right spots and when I leave I don’t feel like I’ve spent the last hour getting beaten up. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of massage therapy. The lighting, music, and decor really help enhance the experience as well.
