With my assessment and very little explanation, Christy knew exactly where to target to start loosening things up. She is both very personable and knowledgeable, which I really appreciated. I felt like I was in very good hands (figuratively and literally). I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Christy as I continue my healing journey.

Can hold a good conversation, but sometimes it felt like the conversation was extremely sporadic and disjointed which made it hard to relax. From the description of her work at the beginning of this appt I thought I would be receiving a much more intense and therapeutic massage. Unfortunately, that wasn’t really the case.
