I am a native New Yorker, born and raised.  My true home is the beautiful island of Puerto Rico.   On this enchanted Caribbean island I met my one true love, Jesus!  In Puerto Rico, I studied at the Institute of Massage & Bodywork.  Massage and Bodywork are defined as those modalities & techniques that employ synergy throughout your body’s systems.  Acquiring an Advanced Certification in Massage & Bodywork, Nationally Certified & recognized by the Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.  I continue to pursue multiple hours in continuing education which assists and reassures that I will be well prepared to cater to each clients structural & physiological needs.  With 20 plus years in the industry the key is to listen to my clients and create achievable goals with my clients so we can achieve outstanding results. Having the opportunity to have worked in multiple facets of the industry allows me to see each individual session and experience from different points of view.  I love helping people and strive to provide only the best for everyone I encounter.
