I am Rhonda Larkins, Owner/ LMT/ Yogi of Prolong Symmetry. Due to a work related back injury at UPS in 2003, massage therapy is what helped me the most during recovery. I am a true believer in the benefits and am looking forward to helping you with your wellness journey. 

I have been an lmt since 2006 and have studied Reflexology, Thai Yoga, Thai on the table, Ashi Thai, Ashiatsu ( Barefoot Shiatsu) ACE Cupping, Myofascial Release I,  Reiki Level 1, Advanced Massage Techniques, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and other techniques.  Come see me as I introduce Ariel Yoga with portable stands at local parks, venues, and/ or festivals. 


Starting Prolong Symmetry in 2007 to focus on using Ashiatsu ("ashi" means foot and "atsu" means pressure) It is a deep tissue technique that allows me to massage with my feet and distribute my body weight to get deeper into the muscle tissue. There are 2 parallel bars that come down from the ceiling that is used for balance.


 

Ashiatsu portable bars can be brought for demonstrations. Reflexology  and/or chair  massages services to participate in run/ walks, music festivals and health fairs.

Ultimate goal of helping other LMTs further their massage career by having an Apprenticeship, become a mentor and participate or become a Continuing Education Facility.

Neck pain is much better after my Aerial Yoga session. Nice and gentle. Not as strenuous as I thought initially. Rhonda does a great job at making me feel comfortable.
